ELIGIBILITY: Open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older at time of entry
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (EST) on 2/12/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 4/15/12 (the "Promotion Period"). There are 2 ways to enter: 1) To enter online during the Promotion Period, scan the code inside specially marked Red Baron® Classic Pizza packages using the 2D bar code reader application on your web enabled mobile device or visit target.redbaronmadness.com and follow the directions to complete the online entry form (an "Online Entry"). Standard data rates apply to entry using your web enabled mobile device. Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 4/15/12. Limit one (1) Online Entry per person/email address per day
3.PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize of a 3-night/4-day trip for two (2) people (winner & guest) to New Orleans, LA. Grand Prize includes: round trip, coach air transportation from a major airport near winner's home (airport at Sponsor's discretion) to New Orleans, LA, 3 nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy), car rental (excludes gas, tolls, parking, insurance, collision damage waiver and is subject to meeting eligibility requirements set by rental company) and $1,500 spending allowance. Spending allowance will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner or as a prepaid debit card. Any expenses not mentioned herein including, but not limited to incidental hotel expenses and meals are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. A minor guest must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian at all times. If winner lives within 120 miles of New Orleans, LA, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation for air travel will be given in lieu thereof. Additional restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000, actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. All Grand Prize travel is subject to availability. Travel arrangement must be confirmed by 6/30/12 and completed by 10/31/2012 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, no changes will be permitted.
One (1) First Prize of a Party Package including an LG 50" Plasma with 3D and Smart TV, Red Baron® Pizza products, Archer Farm® products, and Market Pantry® products. Food products may be in full or partially awarded as retailer gift cards. ARV: $2,000.
One (1) Second Prize of a Goal Setter® Adjustable MVP® Basketball Hoop and Basketballs. Installation nor the cost of installation of the Basketball Hoop is not included as part of the prize. ARV: $2,000.
One (1) Third Prize of a $250 Target Gift Card. Gift card use is subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuer. Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. Odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $10,050. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household.
