only open to legal U.S. residents of forty seven (47) states of the U.S.A. and D.C. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S.A. and foreign territories and possessions) who are currently physically located and residing therein and who are twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on February 8, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on March 31, 2012

Limit: one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: Prize winners (each, a “Winner”) will be selected randomly by Sponsor in a drawing of all eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will award one (1) grand prize in the Grand Prize Drawing, eight (8) First Mid-Promotion prizes in the First Mid-Promotion Drawing and seven (7) Second Mid-Promotion prizes in the Second Mid-Promotion Drawing. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize Winner will win a trip for two (2) nights to be shared by the winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY from August 17-19, 2012. The trip components include: [1] round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island) to New York, NY, [2] standard hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (one room/double occupancy); [3] spending money in the amount of $500 awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card to the Winner (actual merchant card selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and [4] complimentary entry/registration for up to five (5) team members of grand prize Winner’s choice (one [1] member must be the grand prize Winner) to participate in a Hoop It Up Tournament in the grand prize Winner’s city of choice during the 2012 season (go to www.hoopitup.com for schedule information) before September 30, 2012.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of grand prize: $2,650

FIRST MID-PROMOTION PRIZES: Eight (8) First Mid-Promotion prizes will be awarded. Each First Mid-Promotion Prize consists of: complimentary team entry/registration for up to five (5) team members of Winner’s choice (one [1] member must be the First Mid-Promotion prize Winner) to participate in the Miami/Hollywood, Florida Hoop It Up Tournament on March 10, 2012. If a First Mid-Promotion Prize Winner has already paid for registration into the Hoop It Up Miami/Hollywood Tournament, said Winner will receive a refund. The ARV of each First Mid-Promotion Prize is $150. ARV of all First Mid-Promotion Prizes is: $1,200.

SECOND MID-PROMOTION PRIZES: Seven (7) Second Mid-Promotion Prizes will be awarded. Each Second Mid-Promotion Prize consists of: complimentary team entry/registration for up to five (5) team members of first prize Winner’s choice (one [1] member must be the Second Mid-Promotion Prize Winner) to participate in the Hoop It Up Tournament on March 10, 2012. If a Second Mid-Promotion Prize Winner has already paid for registration into the Hoop It Up Tampa Tournament, said Winner will receive a refund. The ARV of each Second Mid-Promotion Prize is $150. The ARV of all Second Mid-Promotion Prizes is: $1,050

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,900. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received for each applicable drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
