Rockstar Games Max Payne 3 New York to Sao Paulo Sweepstakes ~ 4/9/12

Sweepstakes starts at 12:01:00 PM ET on Monday, March 12, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday April 9, 2012.

Entrants must be (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands or Switzerland and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age on date of entry.

Submit an online entry form in one of the following ways:
(a) on the Rockstar Games Social Club webpage located at http://socialclub.rockstargames.c.../maxpayne3 or

(b) on the Rockstar Games Facebook page located at http://www.facebook.com/rockstargames (you must “Like” the Rockstar Games Facebook page to access the entry form).

You may only submit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstake Period.

Ten (10) Prizes and One(1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The ten (10) Prizes will consist of:
(i) a Max Payne 3 Prize Pack featuring various Max Payne promotional items,
(ii) a one (1) year subscription to Xbox LIVE, and
(iii) 1600 Microsoft Xbox Live Points.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is US $175 / €135 (excluding Value Added Tax (“VAT”)) and having a total value of US $1,750 / €1,350 (excluding VAT).

The Grand Prize will consist of:
(i) round trip coach airfare for two (2) from major gateway airport near winner’s residence to New York City, New York and Sao Paulo, Brazil, arriving in New York City Monday May 7, 2012, departing New York City and arriving in Sao Paulo, Brazil Thursday May 10, 2012, and departing Sao Paulo, Brazil Monday May 14, 2012;
(ii) double hotel accommodations at the Thompson LES Hotel in New York City for two (2) nights;
(iii) double hotel accommodations at the Hotel Unique in Sao Paulo for four (4) nights;
(iv) a hands-on play session preview of Rockstar Games Max Payne 3;
(v) two (2) weekend passes to the SONAR Festival in Sao Paulo;
(vi) one (1) custom Max Payne 3 Xbox 360 console;
(vii) a one (1) year subscription to Xbox LIVE,
(viii) 1600 Microsoft Xbox Live Points and
(ix) USD $10,000.
ARV of Grand Prize is US $25,000 / €19,000 (excluding VAT). Taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Travel and accommodations subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Grand Prize Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion which shall be between Monday May 7, 2012 and Monday May 14, 2012, or prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant, as described above. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and Grand Prize Winner and guest must sign travel release and other legal documents prior to ticketing. Guest must be of the age of majority in their state/country of residence unless a winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Winner and guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification, travel documents and/or visas relating to acceptance and use of the travel prize packages. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
