Free Box of Loreal hair Color When You Enter Codes w/Loreal Gold Rewards Program

Somehow my account got deactivated last month... I got the email saying how the Golden Perk - lip gloss I think would be sent later & we were substituted with another item in the meantime... I try to log on after clicking on some link in that email to submit more codes but & it said
"Please fix the following input errors:
This account has been deactivated.
Please contact us for more information."

I went to the contact page & sent them a message but I still have not heard anything back from them, other than getting an automatic email saying they will contact me shortly...been over a month, I sent that in on Dec 2. =(

Meanwhile there is nothing wrong with my mom's account... and I don't think we do anything differently on ours...

Anyone has this happen to them recently?

This happened to me too! I contacted but still waiting for their reply. Please update me if they reply you back.


Update: They finally reactivated my account! You should email them again.
