I went to the contact page & sent them a message but I still have not heard anything back from them, other than getting an automatic email saying they will contact me shortly...been over a month, I sent that in on Dec 2. =(
Meanwhile there is nothing wrong with my mom's account... and I don't think we do anything differently on ours...
