Eligibility:
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia that are 18 years of age or older. The Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Folger Coffee Company ("Sponsor"), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters/suppliers, and their respective employees, officers, and directors, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) are ineligible. By entering you agree to these Official Rules.
To Enter:
The Promotion begins March 16, 2012, 12:00 AM ET and ends June 17, 2012, 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). To enter, fill out the survey on the e-newsletter. All monthly entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer (the official Promotion time-keeping device) by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of each month of the Promotion. When online, you will need to enter your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, email address, date of birth and answer a few simple survey questions; agree to these Official Rules; and click "Submit." Limit one entry per person or email address per calendar month. No robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries (collectively "automated entries"). Automated entries, or multiple entries in a month by the same person/email address, or entries that have been tampered with will result in disqualification of all such entries. All entry information submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Prize Details/Odds:
One winner will be awarded: one $50 Grocery Gift Card for a grocery store near winner's residence as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, one case of either Folgers® Instant Coffee Single Serve Packets (7 Packets per box/12 boxes per case) or Folgers Filter Packs® Coffee (10 count per box/6 boxes per case), and a Folgers coffee mug; approximate retail value ("ARV"): $90. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemptions or substitutions may be made, except by Sponsor. If the winner cannot accept a prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner if circumstances permit. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Gift Card subject to terms and conditions of use imposed by the issuer.
