Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 15 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 23.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and Canada (except the province of Quebec), eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

AND for the silly person (MrPanda) that added the bit about Canadian discrimination in the wiki post, that math problem is a common sight in sweeps open to Canadians too. It has nothing to do with discrimination and everything to do with laws concerning how sweepstakes can be run in particular countries.
