2012 FORD ESCAPE ROUTES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION / TIMING: The 2012 Ford Escape Routes Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is offered in the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("U.S."). Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on 3/8/12 and ends at 3/21/12 at 11:59 PM PT ("Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Within the Promotion Period, there are eight (8) entry periods as defined in the chart below.

SPONSOR: Ford Motor Company, 16800 Executive Drive, Dearborn, MI 48126.
ADMINISTRATOR: Exposure Marketing & Promotions, Inc., 1000 North Opdyke Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry with a valid driver's license ("Entrant"). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Ford Motor Company ("Sponsor"), Team Detroit Inc., Rokkan LLC., Profiles Television, Inc., Zynga, Inc., Exposure Marketing & Promotions, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion (collectively the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes –

ONLINE: Visit www.EscapeRoutes.com ("Website"). Certain activities on the Website (such as, games, the ability to comment, as well as Sweepstakes participation) require log-in credentials; you cannot access these activities merely by visiting the Website. There are two (2) ways to create log-in credentials: (1) by following the registration procedure and providing the required information as prompted OR (2) by using Facebook Connect (if you are a member of Facebook). To use Facebook Connect to create log-in credentials, you must allow the Website to access your Facebook "General Information" (which includes the name associated with your Facebook account, your profile picture, gender, networks, Facebook User ID, list of "friends" on Facebook, and any other information that you've shared with "everyone" on Facebook.) The creation of log-in credentials (regardless of method) will result in receipt of one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the Period in which log-in credentials are created, and one (1) entry in all subsequent Periods, as applicable ("Online Entry"). Once you've created log-in credentials (and received initial Online Entry for each Period), you will receive an additional Online Entry per Period by logging into the Website and successfully performing a task as defined during that Period. TO RECEIVE THE INITIAL ONLINE ENTRY, YOU MUST CREATE LOG-IN CREDENTIALS BY THE INDICATED PERIOD DEADLINE AS PER THE CHART BELOW; TO RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL ONLINE ENTRY (AFTER LOG-IN CREDENTIALS HAVE BEEN CREATED/RECEIPT OF INITIAL ONLINE ENTRY), YOU MUST LOG INTO THE WEBSITE BY THE INDICATED PERIOD DEADLINE AS PER THE CHART BELOW.

Once you have created log-in credentials and received the initial Online Entry, you may receive Bonus Entries by referring the Sweepstakes to persons with whom you have a personal or professional relationship. You will receive a Bonus Entry, up to a maximum of five (5) Bonus Entries in total for the Promotion Period, provided that the referred person is eligible and thereafter enters the Sweepstakes him/herself using your entry URL (that you received when creating your log-in credentials.) For the avoidance of doubt, if referred person enters the Sweepstakes but fails to use your entry URL, you will NOT receive a Bonus Entry. Additionally, regardless of the number of referred persons who enter the Sweepstakes using your entry URL, you may only receive a maximum of five (5) Bonus Entries for the Promotion Period. You should refer the Sweepstakes only to persons who you believe would be interested in learning about the Sweepstakes and Ford Motor Company. If someone indicates that he/she doesn't want to be contacted by you regarding the Sweepstakes/Ford Motor Company, it is your responsibility to honor that request. DO NOT MANIPULATE, EDIT, ALTER, AMEND, DISASSEMBLE OR TAMPER WITH YOUR ENTRY URL (OR ANY OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED TO YOU BY SPONSOR AS PART OF YOUR LOG-IN CREDENTIALS). At all times, your entry URL and all other provided content is and remains the exclusive property of Sponsor. Sponsor is giving you the limited right to use the provided content solely for purposes of Sweepstakes participation as per these Official Rules and such right automatically expires at the end of the Promotion Period. Any other use of your entry URL or any other provided content by you is strictly prohibited and is a violation of Sponsor's rights.

Limit: Two (2) Online Entries per person, email address or Facebook ID per Period. Limit of five (5) Bonus Entries per person, email address or Facebook ID for the Promotion Period.

2) EMAIL - ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE "Non-Challenge/Non-Referral Entry"): Input by hand your name, complete address (including zip code), daytime telephone number (including area code), age, and put FORD ESCAPE ROUTES AMOE in the subject line of the email, and send to [email protected] ("Email Entry Request"). See chart below for entry deadlines. Limit: One (1) Email Entry Request per person per Period. Each Email Entry Request will result in receipt of seven (7) Entries. (For the avoidance of doubt, submission of an Email Entry Request will have the same effect as if a person received two (2) Online Entries during a Period and received all five (5) available Bonus Entries for all Periods comprising the entire Promotion Period.) EMAIL ENTRY REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT DESIGNATED TIMES AS PER CHART BELOW; ENTRY REQUESTS RECEIVED VIA EMAIL AT IMPROPER TIMES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

LIMIT: ONLY TWO (2) ENTRIES PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS PER PERIOD AND FIVE (5) BONUS ENTRIES FOR THE PROMOTION PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU MAY ENTER FOR A GIVEN PERIOD VIA THE ONLINE ENTRY METHOD OR THE AMOE NON-CHALLENGE/NON-REFERRAL ENTRY METHOD, BUT NOT VIA BOTH METHODS. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable or responsible for late, invalid or misdirected Entries (including the failure to properly record Online Entries/Bonus Entries for any reason), all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to an Online Entry received, the authorized account holder of the email address used to create log-in credentials will be deemed the Entrant (if Facebook Connect was used to create log-in credentials, the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the Facebook account in question); in the event of a dispute as to an Email Entry Request received, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit Email Entry Request will be deemed to have sent the Email Entry Request. The authorized account holder of an email address is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

IN ADDITION TO RESULTING IN PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, RECEIPT OF AN ONLINE ENTRY OR AN AMOE NON-CHALLENGE/NON-REFERRAL ENTRY WILL ALSO AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN RECEIPT OF ONE (1) ENTRY IN THE UPCOMING FORD ESCAPE ROUTES IN-SEASON SWEEPSTAKES, FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A 2013 FORD ESCAPE. (REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF ONLINE ENTRIES, BONUS ENTRIES OR EMAIL ENTRY REQUESTS RECEIVED, A PERSON WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE (1) ENTRY IN THE FORD ESCAPE ROUTES IN-SEASON SWEEPSTAKES.) THE FORD ESCAPE ROUTES IN-SEASON SWEEPSTAKES IS OTHERWISE ENTIRELY SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES, WITH ITS OWN PRIZES OFFERED AT ITS OWN ODDS OF WINNING. WINNER SELECTION / VERIFICATION: All Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, based on the Drawing schedule above. Non-winning Online Entries from one Period will NOT be retained for subsequent Periods. Non-winning Bonus Entries accumulated by persons participating via Online Entry WILL be retained for subsequent Periods; but, non-winning Bonus Entries received by participating via AMOE Non-Challenge/Non-Referral Entry will NOT be retained for subsequent Periods. Odds of winning a prize in a Sweepstakes Drawing depends on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Drawing. Potential winners will be contacted by the Administrator by telephone and email and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release Form ("Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days of receipt to be eligible to claim the prize. If a potential Prize winner fails to timely execute and return the Affidavit/Release (if required) or if he/she is ineligible to receive the prize or the potential Prize winner cannot be contacted after reasonable effort as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected in his/her place (from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing).

EIGHT (8) PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): The number of prizes to be awarded for each period is listed in the drawing schedule above. A total of eight (8) prizes will be awarded. Prizing will vary each period and will be an electronics product of Sponsor's sole choosing. ARV of prizes will range from $129 to $650 each. Total ARV of all prizes is up to $4,550.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes awarded may differ from any items shown in promotional materials and may take up to three (3) months (from time of winner verification) for delivery. Actual model of electronics product prize is at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize, which will be reported to applicable governmental authorities as required by law and all unspecified costs/expenses in conjunction with acceptance, receipt, possession and use of prize. Should the value of prize equal or exceed $600, winner will be required to provide his/her Social Security number or tax ID# for tax reporting purposes; and, Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of prize. Limit of one (1) prize per person/family/household; but, receipt of a prize in this Sweepstakes will not prevent winner from participating and winning a prize in the Ford Escape Routes In-Season Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize or participation of any kind at escaperoutes.com, constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements, other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.
