To receive a Sweepstakes entry, follow the links and instructions to upload a photo to your MobileLife Album. You can upload a photo through your T-Mobile online account, or you can download the free MobileLife Album app and upload a photo through your mobile phone. Message and data rates apply. After you upload your photo you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Limit: Each entrant may receive up to one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period and may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes Prizes:
TWENTY-FIVE (25) GRAND PRIZES: A Galaxy Tab 10.1. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $649.99.
TWENTY-FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES: A Galaxy SII Phone. ARV: $529. A service plan is not included with the Grand or First Prize.
Instant Win Game Prizes: FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: An additional 4 GB of storage. The additional storage will be added directly to the winner's account. ARV: $44.82. If winner is no longer a T-Mobile customer at the time the prize is awarded, he/she will receive an alternate prize of equal or greater value to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Eligibility: T-Mobile Album Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who are T-Mobile customers as of the start date of the Promotion.
Timing: The Promotion begins on March 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 1, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
