Prize: (1 winner) Farm resort vacation package for Grand Prize winner and one guest, and twenty-four VIP coupons each redeemable for one complimentary STOUFFER'S FARMERS' HARVEST steam bag product. Grand Prize vacation package includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two from the major airport nearest winner's residence to the major airport that is nearest the location of the farm resort (specific farm resort to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation between airport and resort; 3-nights resort accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); up to three meals (depending on arrival and departure times) per person, per day for four days; winner's choice of up to $1,200 worth of at-resort experiences/activities; assorted gift baskets, to be provided during stay; and $2,000 spending money awarded to winner in the form of a check made out to winner. Winner and his/her guest will be solely responsible for any costs not specifically stated and no cash difference will be awarded in the event of any different between ARV and actual costs of trip. Travel and accommodations must be booked at least four weeks in advance of departure through Sponsor's travel agent, and will ultimately be at sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel must be completed by 12/31/12 or trip portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Should travel (or portions thereof) not be taken, no cash difference will be awarded. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. If winner or his/her guest resides within 200 miles from the Sponsor-selected farm resort, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion and no cash difference will be awarded. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for securing any and all required picture ID required to travel. If the guest of the Grand Prize winner is a minor, such guest must be accompanied at all times by the Grand Prize winner who must be his/her parent or legal guardian. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, parking, additional transportation, telephone calls, and activities and special events not specified herein as being included in the prize, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his/her guest. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, departure or arrival delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, inability of Grand Prize winner or any guest to use the prize, any portion thereof or any related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the use of the prize or related activities. Winner is responsible for any cancellation or change fees if unable to travel after the trip is booked and reservations made. Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, coupons, prizes or prize components once they are in the Grand Prize winner's or their guest's possession. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and air travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same travel itinerary and on the dates agreed upon, and once guest is named, no changes may be made. Flight details are subject to space availability, and airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. All arrangements regarding accommodations, air travel and other transportation will be made at Sponsor's sole discretion. (ARV: $10,650). Actual retail value of prize may vary depending upon the location of winner's residence and the location of the Sponsor-selected farm resort. Any differences between the stated ARV and the final cost of the prize will not be awarded in cash or any other form. If winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected (as described below) if feasible, in Sponsor's sole discretion .
