Open only to legal, permanent United States ("U.S") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older
Sweepstakes consists of thirteen (13) weekly drawings (each a "Weekly Drawing") comprising the Sweepstakes Period,
begin at 9:00 P.M. ET on Friday and will end the following Thursday at 11:59 P.M. ET
Alternatively, yyou may subscribe to the Fairly Legal Fan Club by texting "FAIRLY" to the short code USATXT (872898). Once registered for the Fairly Legal Fan Club, one (1) weekly text message ("Weekly Text Message") containing a weekly question ("Weekly Question") will be sent to your mobile device. You can enter one (1) time for each Weekly Drawing by replying to the Weekly Text Message with your answer ("Answer") to the Weekly Question from the letter choices that will be presented with the Weekly Question ("Mobile Entry").
Limit of one (1) Entry per person or email address, regardless of method of Entry per Weekly Entry Period for a maximum of thirteen (13) Entries for entire Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE: Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) prize ("Prize"). Prize will consist of one (1) "Kate Essentials" Tote containing branded items as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Five (5) Prizes per Weekly Drawing will be awarded, one (1) Prize awarded to each Weekly Winner for a total of sixty-five (65) Prizes awarded throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is seventy-five dollars ($75). Total ARV for all Prizes is four thousand eight hundred and seventy-five dollars ($4,875).
Answer does not have to correct and will not affect your chances of winning Sweepstakes.
