Prizes: FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES (2 for the Professional Sweepstakes and 2 for the Consumer Sweepstakes): A trip for two (2) to the London 2012 Olympic Games in London, England. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to London, England; 4 nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); breakfast served daily at the hotel; single day pass to CoSport's exclusive hospitality center located in the heart of London; tickets to pre-selected events (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and commemorative gifts selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must complete the trip on the specified dates or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure.
SIXTY-FIVE (65) FIRST PRIZES (5 per Weekly Entry Period – for Consumer Sweepstakes only): A Crest and Oral-B Pro Health Clinical Plaque Protection Collection consisting of a full size Oral-B Manual Brush and Plaque Toothpaste, Rinse and Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss. ARV: $20.52.
Total ARV of all Consumer Sweepstakes Prizes: $52,673.80.
