Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of Daily Sweepstakes Entry.

To Receive an Instant Win Chance: During the Promotion Period, watch a 42 second video. Within the Video there will be five, 6 to 7 second vignettes that trigger a spinning 'friend-selector' and some of your Facebook friends' pictures (or your own profile picture) will be matched to phone features for one (1) Instant Win Chance. If your profile picture appears as a phone feature, you will be determined an Instant Winner (subject to verification) and you must fill out a registration form. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Chance per person per email address per day.
To Receive Daily Sweepstakes Entry: If you are not determined an Instant Winner, by following the directions in Rule #2, you may confirm the friends that appear in the Video and complete the registration form for one (1) Daily Sweepstakes Entry for that day's Random Drawing only. Limit of one (1) Daily Sweepstakes Entry per person per email address per day. Daily Sweepstakes Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent day's Random Drawings.
Daily Sweepstakes Prize (84 total, 2 per Day): See chart for prize breakdown by date. Service is not included with the phone. There is a limit of one (1) Daily Sweepstakes Prize per person per email address.
