Sweepstakes Period: AMC's The Killing - Suspect Tracker Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/1/12 and ends at 8:59:59 pm ET on 6/24/12 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, there will be twelve (12) entry periods (the "Entry Periods") as detailed in the chart in section 3 below. At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) random drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing") will be performed, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, in order to award one (1) Grand Prize.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of their entry. Employees of American Movie Classics Company LLC ("Sponsor"), Fox Television Studios ("Studio Partner"), bottlerocket marketing group, LLC ("Administrator"), Walrus, Inc. ("Promotional Partner") and any of Sponsor's, Studio Partner's, Administrator's, Promotional Partner's or their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household of each (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, each Sunday, eligible entrants should watch the new episode of AMC's The Killing (the "New Episode") on the date and time that corresponds with the correct Entry Period in the chart detailed below (the "Entry Period Chart"). Then, during each applicable Entry Period, there will be two (2) different websites (the two (2) "Entry Portals") which an entrant may visit in order to receive entries into the Grand Prize Drawing, as detailed below. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per Entry Period. Therefore, each entrant can earn a total of one (1) entry per Entry Period, for a total of twelve (12) entries throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.
