you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, or Washington, D.C., be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address.
upload your photo of your Picture Perfect Pet (which must be a dog or a cat ("Pet")) ("Photo"), name your Photo and complete the registration form (the "Registration Form") with your full name, daytime or mobile telephone number (including area code), your valid email address, your date of birth, and home mailing address (Registration Form and Photo, collectively "Entry"). Next, confirm that you have read and understood these Official Rules and Regulations, and upon doing so, click "Submit" and you will be entered into the Contest. You will then have the opportunity to download a $1.00-off coupon for Kibbles 'n Bits® dog food (3 lbs) or 9Lives® cat food (3.5 lbs) to be redeemed at participating Dollar General locations by July 1st, 2012 (coupon use is subject to the terms thereon), share your picture with Facebook friends, and cast your vote. There is a maximum of one (1) Entry per Facebook account/person/email address.
You will cast one (1) vote for that Entry. Once you have successfully voted, you will earn one (1) Instant Win Game play. A "Play Receipt" including a unique Security Identification Code (SIC), will be automatically sent to the email address you provided in the registration form. The Play Receipt and SIC will confirm the results of your game play.
Limit: one (1) vote and one (1) Instant Win Game play per person/email address per day.
