Promotion consists of an instant win game, a contest, and a sweepstakes. Promotion will begin on 3/26/12 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and end on 4/22/12 at 11:59:59 pm EDT.

Open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States (the sole state excluded being Hawaii), District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who currently have a dog and/or a cat as of 3/26/12 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”), and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) as of the date of their play/entry.

Follow the on-screen instructions to participate in the online match game in an effort to earn a top five (5) score that day. During the Promotion Period, each day a consumer successfully visits the Promotion Application, completes the required registration information (completing the required registration information is only necessary on the first visit), and participates in the first level of the Match Game, he/she will receive:
A) One (1) Instant Win Game Play and
B) One (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes drawing(s)

Throughout the Promotion Period, each registrant, regardless of email address or Facebook account used, and regardless of number of Match-Game plays for the day, may only receive one (1) IWG play and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing(s) per day.

Upon completion of the first level of the Match Game, you will find out if you are a potential winner of the Instant Win Game for that day, and will also at that time, accrue your Sweepstakes entry for that day. After such completion of the first level of the Match Game, you will have the opportunity to enter the Contest by playing up to two (2) additional levels of the Match Game, as there are three (3) levels of the Match-Game that can be played consecutively in order to accumulate points, as detailed below. The three (3) consecutive levels can be played as many times as a pet parent would like each day, however, such additional Match-Game level play(s) will not earn you an additional Sweepstakes entry or IWG play for that day, it will only allow you to potentially increase your Match-Game play score for that day and potentially increase your position on the leaderboard (detailed below).

DAILY MATCH-GAME CONTEST PRIZES: Each day throughout the Promotion Period, five (5) Match-Game Contest Prizes will be awarded. The Daily Prizes will be awarded to the five (5) pet parents, once confirmed, who finished the day with a top five (5) score in the Match-Game, as determined by Sponsor’s and/or Webmaster’s computer(s). There is a limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person, throughout the Promotion Period. The Match-Game has three (3) levels. You can complete up to three (3) consecutive levels of the Match-Game. Your scores from the three (3) consecutive levels (or two (2) if you decided to only play two (2)) will be added together to determine your final score. You don’t need to complete all three (3) levels to be deemed to have entered the Contest, (only two (2) of the three), however, the more levels you complete the higher your score could be. Once you have completed all three (3) levels, you will have the opportunity to play all of the three (3) levels again, and on the applicable day, your highest final score from the three (3) consecutive levels (or two (2) if you decided to only play two (2)) will be utilized. In the event of a tie, the shortest amount of elapsed time to complete the two (2) or three (3) levels will be used as the tie-breaking device. In the event there is still a tie, the number of “clicks” it took for the pet parent to locate all of the matches will be used as a secondary tie-breaking device. In the event there is still a tie after the two (2) previously detailed tie-breaking devices are utilized, the first pet-parent to receive the tied score (in terms of time of the day for Match-Game play) will be deemed to be ahead of the other tied pet parent.
