Eligibility: open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A two (2) day/one (1) night trip for two (2) people to attend a Chris Rene performance at
a taping of THE X FACTOR USA (the "Taping") in San Fransisco, California. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two
(2) people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest San
Fransisco, CA, one (1) night standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the Taping
(seats determined by Prize Provider) (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500.00).
Travel must take place by April 30, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates.
