Kumho Tire Road to Munich Sweepstakes ~ 4/6/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on March 05, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific and ends on April 06, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and have a valid passport at the time of the entry.

Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes entry per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip to the Champions League Final game. Prize includes:
• two (2) tickets to the 2012 League Champions Final in Munich, Germany;
• round trip, business-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Munich, Germany;
• four (4) nights' accommodations at the Hilton hotel or as otherwise selected by Sponsor;
• ground transportation to and from airports and hotels;
• $1500 pre-paid card for spending cash for winner only;
• one (1) sightseeing event in Munich, Germany; and
• two (2) Fox Soccer packages consisting of Fox branded merchandise.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15,645.00 USD.

FIVE (5) FIRST PLACE PRIZES: Each First Place Prize winner receives one set of four (4) Ecsta 4x Tires for a passenger vehicle or a light truck up to twenty (20) inches in wheel diameter and a European Team Kit provided by Fox Soccer. Winner is responsible for selecting their correct tire size and providing a valid shipping address on the certificate. Sponsor has choice of shipping method and does not guarantee arrival time. Winner is responsible for mounting, balancing and any additional charges. Tires cannot be returned or exchanged. Tires are based on availability. The ARV for each First Place Prize is $550.

TWENTY FIVE (25) SECOND PLACE PRIZES: Each Second Place Prize winner will receive a Fox Soccer ball, Fox Soccer scarve, and Fox Soccer hat. The ARV for each Second Place Prize is $25.

The total ARV for all prizes for the entire sweepstakes combined is: $19,476.

For Trip Prize: Sponsor reserves the right to choose alternate transportation if winner resides near destination city, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.. Winner and travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any event/game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
