Sweepstakes Period: The Red Man Moist Snuff Fresh New Ride Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on August 31, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
How To Enter: 1) During the Sweepstakes Period, if you already have an account on www.RedMan.com (the "Site") you may log onto the Site, click on the Moist Snuff section of the Site and click on the Freshness tab to earn one (1) entry into that day's Daily Prize drawing only and the Monthly Prize and Grand Prize drawings ("Entry"). If you do not have an account, you must visit the Site and complete all required registration information to enter into the Sweepstakes. 2) If you do not wish to enter by visiting the Site but still wish to enter this Sweepstakes, you may do so by hand printing your first name, middle name (optional), last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, email address (optional) and telephone number (optional), on a 3" X 5" paper and mailing the paper in a hand-addressed stamped envelope, to: The Red Man Moist Snuff Fresh New Ride Sweepstakes, P.O. Random Drawings: Each Daily Prize entry period will begin at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for each day during the Sweepstakes Period (except for the first day which begins at 12:00:01 p.m. and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last day which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET). Eligible Entries received will only be entered into the Daily Prize random drawing for the day the Entry was postmarked or received online and will not be entered into subsequent Daily Prize drawings, if any. Daily Prize random drawings will be conducted on a weekly basis (beginning March 26, 2012 through September 20, 2012) from all eligible Entries postmarked/received online each preceding Sunday through Saturday during the Sweepstakes Period (except for the first week which will include Thursday, March 1st, Friday, March 2nd and Saturday, March 3rd along with the following week, and the last week which includes Sunday, August 26th through Friday, August 31st). Entries postmarked on Saturdays will also be included in Sunday and holiday Daily Prize random drawings. There will be one (1) Monthly Prize winner selected in separate random drawings on or about 15 business days after the end date of each month from among all eligible Entries and bonus Entries received each month, and prior months, if any, during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on September 20, 2012 from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries and bonus Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All random drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Entries and bonus Entries received for/by each drawing. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail.

The ARV of prizes listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prizes are awarded. If the actual purchase price of prizes is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winners will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. In the event a prize is not available to winner based on his/her place of residence, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. No cash redemption of prizes, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above is winner's sole responsibility. Timing for prize awards will be based on each individual prize won and will be communicated in the winner notification documents that each winner will receive prior to prize award. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize not specified herein as being awarded. The depiction of the Grand Prize vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle the winner will receive. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will not be permitted (except at winner's sole expense and in Sponsor's discretion). Grand Prize winner must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver's license and legally-required insurance at time of delivery and otherwise meet all eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes (including without limitation any incremental income taxes and any sales tax), license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person's participation in the Sweepstakes. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. Sponsor, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the vehicle to the Sponsor-designated delivery dealer within one hundred eighty (180) days of completion of verification process. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after it has been delivered to the winner. Winner must personally retrieve their vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery or he/she will lose his right to claim the vehicle. Grand Prize winner may also be requested to complete additional forms as requested by the entity providing the vehicle purchase in order to claim their prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the vehicle prize with a cash equivalent equal to the approximate Ford dealer cost in the event the prize is unavailable.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of VA, MA & MI), who are tobacco consumers, 19 years of age (21 years of age in MS) and older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies, persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials or events, and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in VA, MA & MI and where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
General Rules: Each Monthly and Grand Prize potential winner will be contacted via telephone or email and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) or other winner notification documents within ten (10) days of notification attempt sent via email/mail or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Each Daily Prize potential winner will be required to confirm their physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) within ten (10) days of notification attempt sent via email/mail or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual values of the prizes for the Grand and Monthly Prize winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award applicable prizes from among all eligible Entries and bonus Entries received prior to the cancellation/termination of the Sweepstakes. Travel General Rules: Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest winner's home to trip destination. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner's guest must be 19 years of age or older and will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Winner/guest will be required to agree to and abide by terms of participating excursions or events (if any). Winner and his/her guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or within one year of prize award or prize will be forfeited. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by the car rental contract. If winner does not meet car requisites/requirements, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner is responsible for returning the car with a full tank of gas. Winner is responsible for arranging all insurance and liability with the car rental agency upon pick-up of car rental. Winner is responsible for any damage to the car rental during the trip. Participation in the Richard Petty Rookie Driving Experience is subject to advance confirmation and availability of the program and winner must possess a valid U.S. driver's license, be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle, fit through a 15" x 30" window (since there are no doors), weigh no more 280lbs (varies on how the weight is carried) and not exceed 6'8" in height (or that portion of prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided). All standard terms and conditions apply to the Richard Petty Rookie Driving Experience. Additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by the International Speedway Corporation and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate in order to use prize. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment and transfers, are the winner's sole responsibility. In the event the winner or his/her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and his/her guest home with no further compensation. In the event any excursion or event cannot take place as scheduled for reasons out of Sponsor's control, that portion of prize will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be provided.

Submissions submitted online must: 1) be complete to be eligible; 2) be consistent with the concept of your favorite Red Man memory; 3) be in English; and 4) be the original work and property of the Entrant (excluding stock photos selected from the Red Man gallery), not have been previously published (excluding stock photos selected from the Red Man gallery), and not have won previous awards. Any Submission deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor's sole discretion, will disqualify such Submission and will not be posted online, but the entrant will still receive 5 bonus Entries into the Monthly and Grand Prize drawings. Photos may be no larger than 2 MB and photo must be in one of the following file formats: .jpg or .png. Photo may not be owned, taken or edited by a professional photographer. Please note, any person featured in Submission photo must meet the same eligibility criteria as defined in Rule #6 for your Submission to be eligible. Any entrant, who submits a photo including an individual other than the entrant, must also have a release completed by each individual featured in the Submission photo. All individual release forms (which will be emailed after entry Submission to those entrants who have individuals other than the entrant included in their Submission) must be fully executed and returned via one of the methods listed on the release form as soon as possible. The Submission must not contain content that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading. Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent (including but not limited to nudity or pornography), profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group). Submission must not contain criminal or tortuous activity, including but not limited to child pornography, fraud, trafficking of obscene material, drug dealing, drug use, or gambling. Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations. Submissions must not feature beer, distilled spirits (i.e., hard liquor, malt beverages), inappropriate use of firearms and ammunitions, in Sponsor's sole discretion, prescription drugs, illegal drugs and related drug paraphernalia, nutritional supplements, lotteries and gambling. Clothing worn in the Submission photo should not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or other third-party materials. Submission must not include any representation of celebrities, athletes, musicians, or any other public or private figure, including any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial solicitation or promotional materials or name, address, phone number, or URL address. Submission must not contain advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations. Any Submission or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, contains any third party materials, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies, contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the Submission, but the entrant will still receive 5 bonus Entries into the Monthly and Grand Prize drawings. All Submissions submitted become the property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned. Each Entrant grants to Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display each submitted Submission, in any media, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works there from, and agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor's reasonable request. By entering, you understand that your Submission (or portion thereof) may be posted online, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to be viewed by members of the general public.
Random Drawings: Each Daily Prize entry period will begin at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for each day during the Sweepstakes Period (except for the first day which begins at 12:00:01 p.m. and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last day which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET). Eligible Entries received will only be entered into the Daily Prize random drawing for the day the Entry was postmarked or received online and will not be entered into subsequent Daily Prize drawings, if any. Daily Prize random drawings will be conducted on a weekly basis (beginning March 26, 2012 through September 20, 2012) from all eligible Entries postmarked/received online each preceding Sunday through Saturday during the Sweepstakes Period (except for the first week which will include Thursday, March 1st, Friday, March 2nd and Saturday, March 3rd along with the following week, and the last week which includes Sunday, August 26th through Friday, August 31st). Entries postmarked on Saturdays will also be included in Sunday and holiday Daily Prize random drawings. There will be one (1) Monthly Prize winner selected in separate random drawings on or about 15 business days after the end date of each month from among all eligible Entries and bonus Entries received each month, and prior months, if any, during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on September 20, 2012 from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries and bonus Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All random drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Entries and bonus Entries received for/by each drawing. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail.

The ARV of prizes listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prizes are awarded. If the actual purchase price of prizes is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winners will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. In the event a prize is not available to winner based on his/her place of residence, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. No cash redemption of prizes, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above is winner's sole responsibility. Timing for prize awards will be based on each individual prize won and will be communicated in the winner notification documents that each winner will receive prior to prize award. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize not specified herein as being awarded. The depiction of the Grand Prize vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle the winner will receive. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will not be permitted (except at winner's sole expense and in Sponsor's discretion). Grand Prize winner must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver's license and legally-required insurance at time of delivery and otherwise meet all eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes (including without limitation any incremental income taxes and any sales tax), license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person's participation in the Sweepstakes. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. Sponsor, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the vehicle to the Sponsor-designated delivery dealer within one hundred eighty (180) days of completion of verification process. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after it has been delivered to the winner. Winner must personally retrieve their vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery or he/she will lose his right to claim the vehicle. Grand Prize winner may also be requested to complete additional forms as requested by the entity providing the vehicle purchase in order to claim their prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the vehicle prize with a cash equivalent equal to the approximate Ford dealer cost in the event the prize is unavailable.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of VA, MA & MI), who are tobacco consumers, 19 years of age (21 years of age in MS) and older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies, persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials or events, and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) living in the same household of each are not eligible. General Rules: Each Monthly and Grand Prize potential winner will be contacted via telephone or email and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) or other winner notification documents within ten (10) days of notification attempt sent via email/mail or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Each Daily Prize potential winner will be required to confirm their physical mailing address (no P.O. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the online entries in this Sweepstakes. Entries and Submissions generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award applicable prizes from among all eligible Entries and bonus Entries received prior to the cancellation/termination of the Sweepstakes. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees.
Travel General Rules: Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest winner's home to trip destination. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner's guest must be 19 years of age or older and will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Winner/guest will be required to agree to and abide by terms of participating excursions or events (if any). Winner and his/her guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or within one year of prize award or prize will be forfeited. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by the car rental contract. If winner does not meet car requisites/requirements, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner is responsible for returning the car with a full tank of gas. Winner is responsible for arranging all insurance and liability with the car rental agency upon pick-up of car rental. Winner is responsible for any damage to the car rental during the trip. Participation in the Richard Petty Rookie Driving Experience is subject to advance confirmation and availability of the program and winner must possess a valid U.S. driver's license, be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle, fit through a 15" x 30" window (since there are no doors), weigh no more 280lbs (varies on how the weight is carried) and not exceed 6'8" in height (or that portion of prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided). All standard terms and conditions apply to the Richard Petty Rookie Driving Experience. Additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by the International Speedway Corporation and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate in order to use prize. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment and transfers, are the winner's sole responsibility. In the event the winner or his/her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and his/her guest home with no further compensation. In the event any excursion or event cannot take place as scheduled for reasons out of Sponsor's control, that portion of prize will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be provided.
