Timing: will begin at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 2, 2012 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on April 30, 2012.

Limit: Each Entrant is allowed to play the Instant Win Game once per calendar day...Each Entrant may receive up to two (2) bonus entries into the Sweepstakes by logging a walk that the Entrant has taken/wishes to take on one day for one (1) bonus entry and by logging a walk that the Entrant has taken on a separate day for one (1) bonus entry. No more than two (2) bonus entries may be accumulated by an Entrant during the entire Promotion Period.

Prizes:
Instant Game Prizes: A maximum of Six Hundred Eighty Six (686) Instant Game Prizes are available to be won throughout the Promotion Period. The Instant Game Prize is a Celebrity Apprentice® Walk with Walgreens® kit which contains the following items: a drawstring bag, a pedometer, a Walgreens gift card and a pair of Dr, Scholl's® Massaging Gel Insoles. The ARV of each Instant Game Prize is Twenty Dollars ($20.00).

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of the following:
i. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her "Guest" will receive a round-trip, coach-class air travel from the gateway airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner's address, as selected by Sponsor, to New York City, New York. If the Grand Prize Winner is located within two hundred fifty miles (250) of the Metropolitan New York area, the Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be reimbursed for ground transportation from the Grand Prize Winner's home to and from the hotel;
ii. Accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) are for a three (3) days/two (2) nights stay in a hotel located in New York City, New York (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
iii. Two (2) tickets to attend the taping of the season finale of the NBC television show The Celebrity Apprentice®, which is currently scheduled for May 20, 2012 (the "Show");
iv. Ground transportation to and from New York area airport and hotel and ground transportation to and from hotel and Show; and
v. A check made payable in the name of the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $10,000.

First Prize (50): Each First Prize is a Walgreens® Gift Card in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100)

Second Prize (300): Each Second Prize is an Entertainment.com&™ Savings Membership valid for 12-months (the "Membership"). ARV of each Second Prize is Twenty Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($29.99).
