GAME TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Game begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 4/2/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/30/12 ("Game Period"). There will be two hundred seventy six (276) Instant Win Prizes awarded in the Game throughout the Game Period. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes (if any) will be awarded in the Second Chance Random Drawing at the end of the Game Period.

HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: There are 2 ways to play the Game: via Facebook or mobile.
1) Play Via Facebook: You may enter the Sweepstakes through the Sponsor's Game application on the Facebook platform. To access the Sponsor's Game application, go to www.Facebook.com/IdahoSpuds, and click on the Instant Win Game Tab. You must "Like" the Idaho Spuds Fan Page before playing the game. You must "allow" the application in order to access the Game. You will be asked to complete and submit a one-time Registration Form including your name, address, phone number and email address and the security characters where indicated. Returning participants will simply have to fill in their email address and the security characters to play. Once completed, click "Submit" and you will be taken to the Game Play page. Follow the instructions on the screen to play the Game ("Game Play").
2) Play via mobile: Using the QR Code found in participating stores and on shelf talkers, you can scan the code using a smart phone and enter and play the game any time during the Game Period. First time participants will complete the online registration form including their name, address, phone number, email address and security characters where indicated. Returning participants will simply have to fill in their email address and the security characters to play. Once completed, click "Submit" and you will be taken to the Game Play page. Follow the instructions on the screen to play the Game ("Game Play"). This method of game play requires a mobile device with QR Code scanning functionality and a mobile browser and digital service. This method of game play is not available without a wireless connection (e.g. Wi-Fi or wireless carrier connection) and may not be available on all wireless carriers and in all areas of the U.S. Message and Data rates may apply. Sponsor does not charge you for game play but other charges from your carrier/phone/data service provider may apply. Check your wireless plan for details. Participation in this Game by wireless mobile device means that Eligible Participant understands that he/she may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Game, including notifying Eligible Participant if he/she is a winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to Participant's carrier's rate plan.

Limit one (1) game play per person/Facebook ID/email address per day during the Game Period.

SECOND CHANCE RANDOM DRAWING: A Second Chance Random Drawing will be conducted at the end of the Game Period to award any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes. To enter, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, on a 3" X 5" card. Insert entry into an envelope, affix postage and mail to: "Lets Whip Something Up" Instant Win Game, Second Chance Random Drawing, PO Box 706, Plainview, NY 11803-0706. Entry must be postmarked by 6/30/12 and received by 7/9/12 in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. No mechanical reproductions permitted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Winner(s), if any, will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/10/12 by Tenthwave Digital LLC, an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning an unclaimed Instant Win prize in the Second Chance Random Drawing are dependent on the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed prizes available. Winners, if any, will be notified by U. S. mail. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Game.

PRIZES: INSTANT WIN PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-day, 3-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City, including round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major Gateway airport nearest the winner's home to New York, double-occupancy hotel accommodations, round-trip transfers from airport to hotel (if applicable), tickets to winner's choice of two Food Walking Tours and $1,000 spending money. Actual value of trip prize depends upon the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Second Prizes: One (1) full-size 13.7 oz. box of Idaho® Spuds™ Signature Potato Bits, and one (1) Idaho Spuds-branded reusable grocery bag. (ARV): $8.69/each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $9,672.50. All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable at the time the prize is awarded. All prizes claimed will be awarded.

Travel Restrictions: Grand Prize winner and guest must travel before July 31, 2013. If a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be a travel guest. Winner, guest or parent or legal guardian of minor guest must sign travel release prior to traveling. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability and confirmation of reservations; certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. Airline and flight times to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. One or more stopovers may be required on air transportation. Winner and guest must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary. Air transportation, if applicable, and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner must confirm available travel dates and flight times selected by the Sponsor at least three (3) weeks prior to travel dates. No extension or change of trip dates permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in winner's possession, or in the possession of winner's guest. If the winner lives within 100 miles of prize destination city, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation will be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner and guest must possess valid ID and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passport, etc.) in order to travel. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Tenthwave Digital LLC ("Game Entities") shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Game Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of the prize. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release and/or prize travel documents.
