Showtime Borgias Unveiled Sweepstakes ~ 5/31/12

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 noon Eastern Time (ET) on April 2, 2012 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on May 31, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

To enter online, go to www.borgiasunveiled.com, follow the onscreen instructions to vote for your favorite Borgias-themed window design, and complete the online entry registration process by providing your first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and date of birth as directed. Complete registration information must be provided for entry/vote to be eligible.

Limit of one entry/one vote per person during the entire Promotion Period.

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two to Venice, Italy and a $5,000 VandM.com gift card. Trip portion of prize includes:
- a Delta Airlines Travel Certificate good for roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) (valued at up to $2,330 per person; up to $4,660 total) on Delta Air Lines or its allowable associated carriers from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize winner's home served by Delta Air Lines or its allowable associated carriers to a major Italian gateway airport nearest to Venice, Italy served by Delta Air Lines or its allowable associated carriers,
- 5-night/6-day single room, double occupancy hotel accommodations at The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice (provided in the form of a Starwood hotel voucher valued at up to $4,640),
- a tour/tasting at the Monte del Fra vineyard and winery that produces The Borgias wine (located in Lake Garda), and
- a $925 cash allowance (provided in the form of a check) for transportation between the hotel and the winery.

Terms of Delta Airlines Travel Certificate outlined below will apply. Complete terms and conditions of Grand Prize will be furnished with prize notification and are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Upon delivery of Grand Prize notification, Grand Prize winner will be responsible for booking his/her own air travel, hotel accommodations, winery tour, and transportation between the hotel and winery. Grand Prize winner is responsible for the full cost of transportation between the closest Delta Air Lines departure/arrival city and their residence/hotel and for any cost of transportation services between the hotel and winery. Any payment (cash or otherwise) required in full for transportation services will be responsibility of Grand Prize winner at time of service. If, for any reason, the Grand Prize winner cannot take the trip before the expiration date specified on Travel Certificate(s), the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner other than to supply the remaining elements of the Grand Prize as described. All other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize, including but not limited to taxes, all meals/beverages, ground transfers (including any transportation expenses not covered by the cash allowance provided), gratuities, excursions (other than tour provided), insurance, hotel taxes/fees, surcharges, service charges, passenger facility charges, incidentals, departure/airport taxes, passport fees, visa fees, luggage fees, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date, departure city, destination city, and return date. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) and will be required to provide a valid passport at time of travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Released Parties are not responsible for any changes of any element of Grand Prize travel and Released Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Air travel, hotel, and tour are subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Starwood hotel voucher for The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice is valid between 6/30/12 and 5/31/13 and excludes, but is not limited to, the following blackout dates: 12/29/12-12/31/12, 4/13/13-4/14/13, and 5/28/13-6/9/13. Monte del Fra vineyard is subject to seasonal closings, details of which will be provided to Grand Prize winner upon prize notification. Any unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize trip elements will remain the property of Sponsor or its designees. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by Grand Prize winner. By accepting prize, Grand Prize winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $15,425.

Delta Airlines Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions: Ticket prizes will be awarded in the form of Certificates that must be redeemed by May 31, 2013. Travel must be between June 30, 2012 and May 31, 2013. Certificates may be redeemed for round-trip coach class travel on Delta from the winner's home gateway to Venice, Italy. Any transportation that is unclaimed, is not awarded or is otherwise not used by the travel completion date specified will be forfeited.
Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. After ticketing, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class) however a $150 fee applies.
Certificates do not include a $3.80 Federal Excise Tax and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. For travel to/from Hawaii/Alaska, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $8.40 is not included. Certificates used for international travel do not include U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $16.70 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $349, depending on itinerary. For travel to/from Europe there is a 80 USD/CAD* or 56 EUR* fee for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com. There is an additional 20 USD/CAD* or 14 EUR *surcharge for the second bag, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Certificates. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.
