Starz MAGIC CITY Classic Cadillac Sweepstakes ~ 6/4/12

Promotion will start at 2:00:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on 3/12/12 and will end at 11:59:59 PM PT on 6/4/12.

Open only to persons, who are, as of the date of entry, 21 or older and a legal resident of, and physically located in the 48 contiguous United States, Washington, D.C. or Alaska.

Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/email address per day (regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address) plus an unlimited number of eligible Bonus Entries.

Bonus Entries: Each Entrant that successfully completes an Entry will be given the opportunity to: (a) share an eCard on a Facebook Friend's "Wall" or Entrants wall, in a group, or in a private message that includes a link to the Promotion Entry page; and (b) post a Tweet on Entrant's Twitter account that directs Entrant's Twitter followers to the Promotion Entry page. For each person that links/connects to the Promotion Entry page and completes an Entry pursuant to (a) or (b) above, Entrant will receive one (1) additional Entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

The Weekly Sweepstakes component of this Promotion will consist of twelve (12) Weekly Periods whereby each Week will start at 12:00:00 AM PT on Monday of each given Week and will end at 11:59:59 PM PT on Sunday of each given Week. Your Entry must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on the last day of any given Week to be eligible for that Week's drawing. Entries for any given Week will not be rolled into the subsequent Weekly random drawings. The Grand Prize Sweepstakes component of this Promotion will run the entire time of the Promotion Entry Period.

One (1) Grand Prize: a 1958 Cadillac Sedan Deville, (ARV: $56,000). Includes car rebuild, transportation to winner including transportation insurance, DMV Title paperwork. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses related to the Vehicle apart from its cost and any delivery/freight charges related to its delivery to Winner's residence, including but not limited to: fees for title, license and registration; insurance; taxes and gasoline. Vehicle color, trim level, and other Vehicle options and equipment are "as is" and cannot be changed. At the time Vehicle is delivered, Winner must have a valid driver's license and provide a valid social security number and evidence of insurance. Delivery of Vehicle must be taken on an agreed upon date. If Winner is unable to have Vehicle delivered, an additional delivery fee may apply which will be solely the Winner's responsibility. If winner is from Alaska, the vehicle must be picked up by winner in Anchorage, Alaska, and the winner is responsible for any further transportation or charges beyond that point.

Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes: A Magic City Gift Package that will consist of merchandise related to the Show (ARV: $50.00 each).

Total ARV of all prizes: $56,600. Limit: one Weekly Prize per person and/or e-mail address. If a winner of a previous Week is selected as a winner in a Weekly random drawing, s/he will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for that given Week. However, that Entrant's Entries will still be included in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
