Prize Details
The Grand Prize consists of $5,000 toward a second honeymoon, plus $2,000 to help cover any taxes associated with the prize.
Additionally, nine (9) Runners-Up will each receive their choice of one of the following Blue Bunny registry items:
• 5-Quart Stand Mixer (ARV of $349.99)
• Espresso Machine (ARV of $429.00)
• 4-Piece Luggage Set (ARV of $445.00)
• Vacuum Cleaner (ARV of $429.00)
• 10-Piece Cookware Set (ARV of $400.00)
Contest Instructions
Share your favorite wedding or proposal story for a chance to win $5,000 cash! All stories must be your own original work, and fit within our fifty (50) to two-hundred (200) word limit. If you'd like to submit a photo to accompany your story, we'd love to see it! But photos will not affect your chances of winning.
All entries must be submitted on or before 11:59:59 a.m. on April 16, 2012 to be eligible.

Finalist Determination: Beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) on April 16, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 a.m. on April 23, 2012, all eligible Entries will be judged by Sponsor or Sponsor representative(s) (the "Sponsor Judging Period") based on the following criteria (the "Criteria") (each given equal weight): (a) creativity of subject matter of Essay; (b) well written Essay; and © perceived audience appeal of Essay. The ten (10) Essays that receive the highest overall score will be named the Finalists and will be announced on the Contest Site by noon on April 23, 2012. In the event of a tie in determining the ten (10) Finalists during the Sponsor Judging Period, the tie will be broken based on the higher score obtained in Criteria (a).
Public Voting on Finalists: Beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) on April 23, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 a.m. on April 30, 2012 (the "Public Voting Period"), members of the general public who are "fans" of the Blue Bunny Facebook Fan Page can vote for the posted Finalist Essay that they judge to have the greatest audience appeal.
Votes will be limited to five (5) per Facebook user account per day during the Public Voting Period.
On or about May 4, 2012, the Entrant who submitted the Finalist Essay that receives the most votes during the Public Voting Period will be named the Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification, and the Entrants who submitted the nine remaining Finalist Essays will be the Runner-Up Prize Winners, subject to verification. In the event of a tie in determining the Grand Prize or Runner-Up Winners, the tie will be broken based on the higher score obtained in Criteria (a) during the Sponsor Judging Period.
