Game and Donation are open only to legal United States residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who (a) are over the age of 18 at the time of entry; and (b) enter the Game and/or complete the Donation through the “You Create We Donate” tab on the Aveda Page.
PRIZES, ARV AND ODDS OF WINNING: There will be no more than three-hundred
(300) prizes awarded during the entire Promotion Period, provided that there are a
sufficient number of entrants. Potential prizes consist of forty-five (45) Aveda Earth
Month 2012 Limited Edition Water Bottles, forty-seven (47) Aveda Earth Month
2012 Light the Way Candles, forty-four (44) Aveda Earth Month 2012 T-Shirts, onehundred
(100) $5 Aveda eGift Cards, forty-four (44) $10 Aveda eGift Cards, twelve
(12) $25 Aveda eGift Cards, and eight (8) $100 Aveda eGift Cards. Approximate
retail value (“ARV”) of each Aveda Earth Month 2012 Limited Edition Water Bottle:
$21.00, ARV of each Aveda Earth Month 2012 Light the Way Candle: $12.00, ARV
of each Aveda Earth Month 2012 T-shirt: $30, ARV of $5 Aveda eGift Card: $5.00,
ARV of $10 Aveda eGift Card: $10.00, ARV of $25 Aveda eGift Card: $25.00, and
ARV of $100 Aveda eGift Card: $100.00. ARV of all prizes: $4,869.00. Odds of
winning depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number of eligible
Game plays.
Please allow 6-10 weeks for the prize to arrive. If you have not received your prize within such time, please contact Sponsor at 1-800-644-4831.
Limit: One (1) prize per eligible entrant.
For every poster submitted through the “You Create We Donate” tab on the Aveda page, Aveda will donate $1 to the Global Greengrants Fund. Limit of one (1) Donation of $1.00 per person. Participants pay NO money under this program.
