Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (PT) on 4/2/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 5/6/12.
Open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (except Florida, New York and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Must "Like" the Avocados from Mexico Facebook page, enter through the Wake Up a Winner tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per Day for the Promotion Period.
Thirty-five (35) Daily Prizes (one (1) prize per Day) – Each winner will receive a $200 Grocery Store Gift Card. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use.
One (1) Grand Prize – A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Napa Valley, CA (ARV $3,700). Prize includes:
- round trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner's home to closest major airport nearest destination city;
- 4 -days use of a mid-size class rental car (to be awarded in the form of a $200 check to winner)/use of rental car subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agency, some restrictions apply;
- 3-nights lodging at a Sponsor-selected Bed & Breakfast in Napa Valley, CA (based on double occupancy).
Trip must be taken by 1/31/13 (certain blackout dates apply) or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be scheduled by winner through Sponsor or its designee. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner's residence and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and lodging rates) and other reasons. If, in Sponsor's sole discretion, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Napa Valley, CA, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner's residence and hotel, and the difference in value will not be awarded. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, service charges, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. In the event that any component of the Grand Prize is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize.
Total ARV of all prizes $10,700. Limit one (1) Daily Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person.
