To Enter:
If the Contestant meets the eligibility criteria set forth above, then in order to enter Contestant must go to the "Anderson Live" webpage located at http://www.andersoncoo
A. To be considered for the Contest, Contestant must first access the contest webpage, located at http://www.andersoncoo
B. Contestant must then submit the following:
• Personal Information: Contestant's first name, last name, e-mail address, home phone and cell phone numbers, mailing address, and date of birth ("Personal Information"). Contestant will be asked to provide a photograph for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins the Grand Prize (publication at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Submission of the photograph will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Grand Prize
• Contestant will also be required to check a box acknowledging that Contestant is at least 18 years of age and another box that Contestant has read and accepts this Contest's Official Rules.
• A written statement of no more than two hundred and fifty (250) words about why Contestant is @AndersonCooper's biggest fan on Twitter and should be selected to visit "Anderson Live"

begins Friday, August 17, at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the date on which the Twitter account @AndersonCooper has Three Million (3,000,000) followers (or, if @AndersonCooper collects 3,000,000 followers on or before 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, the Contest will be extended through and until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 29, 2012) (the "Contest Period").
open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia
LIMIT: One (1) entry per Contestant during the Contest Period
GRAND PRIZE:
• The "Grand Prize" winner will receive:
o Roundtrip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to the greater New York City area
o Hotel accommodations in the greater New York City area for two (2) nights for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest
o Ground transportation for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest while in the greater New York City area
o Two (2) tickets to a live taping of "Anderson Live"
o One (1) Eye-Fi prize package
o A cash award to cover the estimated cost of federal taxes.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") OF THE PRIZE: $5,000.00

During the Contest Period, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will select approximately ten (10) Statements for final voting by the judging panel. The finalists' Statements will be voted on by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion. The winning Statement will be determined, at the sole discretion of the judging panel, based on creativity, originality, and appropriateness to the theme of the Contest (i.e., describe why you are @AndersonCooper's biggest fan on Twitter and should be selected to visit "Anderson Live"). The Statement entry receiving the most votes by the judges will receive the Grand Prize
