Entry Period: The J.W. Dog Toys "Jeep Wrangler Full of Fun" Contest ("Contest"), sponsored by J.W. Dog Toys ("Sponsor"), begins on 3/1/12 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on 6/30/12 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"), by which time all entries must be received.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("D.C.") only who are 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE) at time of entry and licensed drivers. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Chrysler Group LLC their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates, and the agents and advertising and promotion agencies of each of the foregoing, and any other entity that develops, produces, or distributes materials for or related to this Contest, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including spouse, biological, adoptive or step-parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to enter or win.

To Enter: Visit www.jwpet.com/jeepwrangler (the "Web site") during the Contest Period and follow the onscreen instructions to complete an entry form. You must supply all requested information, including a UPC number from any J.W. Dog Toy (unless you live in one of the states listed above in which no UPC is required to enter).

Limit one entry per household.

Judging Criteria/ Winner Selection: All eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel of qualified judges based on the following two criteria: Originality (50%); and Creativity (50%). The entry receiving the highest score on the basis of the above criteria will be declared the winner of the prize described in Rule 5, below. In the event of a tie, the tied entrant with the highest score in the "Creativity" criterion will be declared the winner. The decisions of the judges in all matters relating to the Contest will be final and binding. Judging will be conducted on or about 7/31/12.

Grand Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of the following: A 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 24S that includes the following features: heated power mirrors, leather wrapped steering wheel, power windows and locks, and remote keyless entry. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $29,715.00; plus J.W. Dog Toys of Sponsor's choice with a total ARV of $500.
