commences at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on April 10, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on April 23, 2012
open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry
(b) To Enter Via Text Message: Entrant can use his/her mobile phone to initiate their entry by texting the keyword "STORY" to the short code 22422. Once entrant has successfully submitted the text message, he/she will receive a reply text message confirming entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry
Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following grand prize (the "Grand Prize"):
Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major airport of Sponsor's choice near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a major airport of Sponsor's choice near the Event (as hereinafter defined) venue. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of the Event venue and no additional compensation will be provided.
Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel and room type selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion near the Event venue. [Room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy room].
Admission for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to attend the taping of VH1Storytellers: Jill Scott, tentatively scheduled to take place in New York, NY in May 2012 (the "Event") (Event date and location subject to change).
One (1) gift certificate to a New York City spa of Sponsor's choosing (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"]: $750.00).
One (1) gift card to a retailer of Sponsor's choosing (ARV: $500.00).
The total ARV for all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $4,500.00.
