Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/10/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/8/12.
Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $500.00 in sporting goods, $500.00 in sporting goods for the school of winner's choice and a "Nuts About The Team" Prize Pack, which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs and Peanuts merchandise. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1,250.00.
First Prizes (5): Five (5) First Prize winners will receive a "Nuts About The Team" Prize Pack, which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVD, and Peanuts merchandise. The ARV of First Prize: $250.00 each.
Maximum, approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,500.00.
