Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in all states where prohibited by law. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER:
There are two (2) ways to enter. (a) BY TEXT: Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by text message. Eligible entrants wishing to enter the Instant Win Game may use a SMS-enabled mobile phone to text "swing" to "69529". Participants will receive a text message back from Sponsor ("Redemption Message") informing the participant of which coupon or prize they have won, which may include the "Single", "Double", " Triple", or the "Home Run", each of which represents different level of discounts or awards ("Coupon(s)"), or the "Grand Slam Prize" ("Prize"). To redeem their Coupon or Prize, a participant must reply to the Redemption Message by including the participant's email address in the body of the reply.
(b) BY MAIL: Alternatively, Participants may mail entries to: Charley's Grilled Subs at the Bat Instant Win Game, c/o Cory Garner, Gosh Enterprises, Inc., 2500 Farmers Drive, Columbus, OH 43235. The mailing should include the entrant's name, email address, and phone number.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
COUPONS AND PRIZES /APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV").
Total Cash Prizes: $4,500.00.
Total Food Prize ARV: dependent on number of coupons distributed (unlimited during promotion).
SINGLE COUPON – $1.89 - A coupon for a free fry with the purchase of a sub.
DOUBLE COUPON – $3.58 - A coupon for a free fry and drink with the purchase of a sub.
TRIPLE COUPON – $4.98 - A coupon for a free gourmet fry and drink with the purchase of a sub.
HOME RUN COUPON – $5.99 - A buy one, get one coupon.
GRAND SLAM PRIZE– $500.00 - One (1) Grand Slam Prize will be randomly awarded on the first week of the Instant Win Game, and two (2) Grand Slam Prizes will be awarded once a week for the following four weeks, as detailed above. Each Grand Slam Prize is $500.00 in the form of a check delivered by mail. Grand Slam Prizes are not transferable.
TOTAL PRIZE ARV: $4500.00 (total for Grand Slam Prizes) plus the sum of the total number (unlimited) of each of the other coupons awarded during the Promotion Period.
