Winner Determination: After the conclusion of the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the eight (8) Grand Prize winners from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
Creativity/Originality (33%);
Quality of Description/Visual Design Composition (33%); and
Fit with Domino's Pizza brand and image (34%).
In the event of a tie, the participant whose Submission received the highest Fit with Domino's Pizza brand/image score, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable Grand Prize winner. In the event of a further tie, an additional tie-breaking judge will determine the winner(s) from among those tied using the judging criteria set forth above. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than eight (8) Grand Prize winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and/or qualified Submissions.
