Eligibility: The Ultimate Father-Son Sweepstakes presented by Kinect Star Wars ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 4/1/12. Employees, officers and directors of MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM", "MLB.com" or the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and of all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such employee, officer or director (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean MLBAM, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., MLB Advanced Media DH, LLC, Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, The MLB Network, LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs (the "MLB Clubs") or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

How To Participate: There are two (2) ways to enter: online or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 4/1/12 and 11:59:59 PM EST on 4/30/12 ("Promotion Period"): 1) Visit www.MLB.com/xbox, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form. Follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit your online entry to enter in the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on 4/30/12 to be eligible. Additional online entries received from any person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes after the first entry received from that person or e-mail address on that day will be void; or 2) To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), and date of birth on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a sealed #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Ultimate Father-Son Sweepstakes presented by Kinect Star Wars, P.O. Box 16163 Bridgeport, CT 06673-6163. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately, postmarked by no later than 5/1/12 and received by no later than 5/7/12 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted and all such entries will be void. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_i...of_use.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from MLB.com, the MLB Clubs and/or Microsoft, and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com and/or the MLB Clubs; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates does not impact entrant's chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by the Administrator and/or MLBAM by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, garbled, mutilated, undelivered or postage-due entries, mail or e-mail, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, network, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any game, event or exhibition, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, mail or e-mail and/or the announcement of the prize. Administrator and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Administrator or MLBAM believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable 3"x 5" mail entry or, for the online entry method (#1 above), the "authorized account holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., a business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Administrator's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Administrator.

Winner Selection: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 5/14/12 by Administrator, an independent judging organization. The first randomly selected potential winner that answers a telephone call placed by P/S/T notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status and who agrees to accept the prize will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons and if an individual declines prize or is not available for any reason when called, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. The decisions of MLBAM and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

(1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following: 1) Two (2) tickets to one (1) 2012 MLB regular season game of winner's choice from a list provided by Sponsor (subject to availability); 2) Two (2) tickets to one (1) 2013 MLB regular season game of winner's choice from a list provided by Sponsor (subject to availability); and 3) $200 MLB.com Shop Gift Certificate (Approximate Retail Value=$1,000). TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM GAME AND LODGING IS NOT INCLUDED AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. All prize details are at MLBAM's sole discretion. Game tickets are subject to availability and must be used on the dates specified by MLBAM (except for rain-outs) or prize will be forfeited and MLBAM will have no further obligation to such winner. Location of seats will be determined by MLBAM in its sole and absolute discretion. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable MLB Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded may govern in the event a legal game as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable Major League Baseball and MLB Club stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of Major League Baseball game tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. The applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game. Major League Baseball game tickets awarded as part of the Grand Prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted except by MLBAM and Administrator who may substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at their sole and absolute discretion. Winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, all transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities and souvenirs in connection with the Grand Prize. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within two (2) days of date of issuance of notification. Grand Prize winner's guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of winner. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, the inability to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, failure to return such documents within the specified time period, or the return of the prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Administrator's sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that (1) MLBAM and each of its designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, address (city and state of residence), photograph and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties, Microsoft, and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination. Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person and void all associated entries of any person who they believe has tampered with the entry process, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, MLBAM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
