must be legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("D.C."). Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of Entry.
starts 12:00:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/2/12 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 5/6/12
provide an original non published entrée recipe including: the name of the entrée or "Recipe Title", the number of servings, a list of ingredients that are available in the United States and their measurements in United States Measurements (a minimum of 2 ingredients must be provided), step-by-step preparation instructions (1,000 word maximum), cooking directions used in preparation of recipe, including cooking times and temperatures; [2] attach a quality color photograph of the entrée, using either a .jpg, .gif, or .png electronic format that does not exceed 100 MB in size; [3] complete the registration form by providing the information required; [4] click "preview entry"; [5] once the Entry has been confirmed click "confirm" and the Entry will be entered into the Contest.
Limit one entry per contestant.
PRIZES: (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to the 2013 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in New Orleans, the Grand Prize Winner will visit Emeril Lagasse's "NOLA" restaurant where the Grand Prize winning recipe will be featured as a "Special of the Day". Grand Prize Winner will also receive an assortment of cookware from the Emeril collection valued at $500; and an autographed Emeril cookbook. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,099.99
(2) Runner-Up Prizes: An assortment of cookware from the Emeril collection valued at $250 each and an autographed Emeril cookbook. ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $274.99. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,649.97
The Grand Prize Winner must be available to travel the 2013 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in New Orleans, LA in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize. The trip must be taken on either: Option 1 April 25, 2013- April 28, 2013 or Option 2 April 26, 2013- April 29, 2013.
