Timing: The Merillat® Cabinetry Morning Madness Giveaway ("Promotion") begins April 16, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends May 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are age 21 or older as of the date of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
Limit: Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per Facebook account and per email address per day. For purposes of this Promotion, a "day" begins at 12:00 AM CT and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT. Eligible persons may only use one (1) email address and one (1) Facebook account to participate in the Promotion.
Prizes: Three (3) Prizes, each consisting of one (1) $500 VISA® Gift Card will be awarded. Each gift card will be awarded in the currency of the winner's country of residence ($500 USD for U.S. winners and $500 CDN for Candian winners). All applicable taxes (including federal, state, and local income taxes for U.S. winners), duties, and the like, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The aggregate value of all prizes is: $1,500 USD.
