Timing: The "Escape to CT" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 21, 2012 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 24, 2012 (the "Entry Period").
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada (except province of Quebec, where it is void) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the Sweepstakes Start Date. Void in Province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law, regulation or ordinance.
Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3 day/2 night trip for four (4) people to Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, Connecticut). The trip package includes: a) 3 day/2 night accommodations for four (4) people, including two (2) (double-occupancy) rooms at Mohegan Sun; b) Dinner for 4 at Bobby Flay's Bar Americain (up to $350); c) Winner can choose either: a foursome of golf at Mohegan Sun Country Club (at Pautipaugh) OR one spa service per person (up to $150 each service); d) Brunch at Todd English's Tuscany (up to $125); e) Sunset sail for four aboard the Argia (historic schooner); f) Tickets for four to Mystic Aquarium and penguin encounter (for the penguin encounter - Participants must be at least 6 years old and children ages 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult participating with them). The Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) is responsible for their own travel coordination, including round trip transportation, to Mohegan Sun. The Mohegan Sun trip will be subject to the terms and conditions on the prize voucher. The prize has an Approximate Retail Value of $4,800.
