Promotion begins on April 4, 2012 and ends on May 30, 2012 or when the supply of specially marked game pieces is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Only open to participants who as of the date of participation are legal residents of the United States (excluding the States of Alaska, Hawaii and New York) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. T
To obtain a game piece at a participating restaurant: During the Promotion Period (while supplies last) purchase one (1) 30 oz. fountain beverage, one (1) 20 oz. fountain beverage, one (1) 16 oz. coffee/hot beverage or one (1) 20 oz. coffee/hot beverage at a participating Einstein Bros. Bagels or Noah's Bagels restaurant (NOTE: Not all Noah's Bagels restaurants offer all four (4) products) and you will receive one (1) game piece (referred to as "game piece" in these Official Rules) that is a part of the specially-marked fountain and coffee cups for this Promotion. You may also receive one (1) free game piece at a participating Einstein Bros. Bagels or Noah's Bagels restaurant without purchase (while supplies last).
To obtain a free game piece by mail: To receive one (1) free game piece without purchase (while supplies last) and a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: "Flip the Lip Instant Win Game – Game Piece Request", PO Box 5093, Dept. 34470, Clinton, IA 52736-5093. LIMIT: One (1) free game piece per request per stamped outer envelope. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Mailed requests for a game piece must be postmarked by May 30, 2012 and received by Sponsor by June 5, 2012. Use of any automated system to submit mail-in requests is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
How to play: Roll back the upper lip of the game piece to reveal a message under the lip indicating the instant win prize you may have won (subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules). Instant win prizes are described in Section 4 below. The message on the actual game piece may be abbreviated or may vary from the message stated in these Official Rules. Free game pieces may be in the form of a scratch card rather than a cup. Save your original game piece for redemption in accordance with these Official Rules.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES: up to a maximum of three hundred fifty thousand three hundred and thirteen (350,313) prizes will be available in this Promotion, allocated as described below. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes in the Promotion is $1,026,907.
"Cash Prize": Up to a maximum of one (1) "Cash Prize" will be awarded. The "Cash Prize" consists of and is limited to $50,000, to be awarded in the form of a check. ARV of the "Cash Prize" is $50,000.

Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from either trip destination. Concert must be selected at least thirty (30) days in advance of the travel date and is also subject to availability and age restrictions. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Concert Prize is also subject to the additional terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions set forth in Section 4(h) below, and other terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions of prize supplier. ARV of the Concert Prize is $3,500.
Food and Beverage Prizes: Food and beverage instant win prizes are as follows:
Up to a maximum of one hundred sixty-five thousand three hundred and ten (165,310) "Free Bagel" prizes will be available, each consisting of and limited to a coupon for one (1) bagel. ARV $1.15.
Up to a maximum of forty thousand (40,000) "Regular Coffee" prizes will be available, each consisting of and limited to a coupon for one (1) regular (12 oz.) coffee. ARV $1.75.
