Sweepstakes will begin on April 13, 2012 at 8:00 P.M. PT and end on June 15, 2012 at 8:00 P.M. PT.
Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Colombia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend the Comic-Con convention scheduled to take place July 12, 2012 through July 15, 2012 in San Diego, California. Trip includes:
- round-trip, commercial- coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence to an airport in or near San Diego, CA;
- hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest for three (3) night stay at a hotel in or near San Diego, CA (Hotel selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion and subject to availability);
- transportation to and from Hotel and San Diego Airport;
- two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Event; and
- VIP treatment for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at GRIMM events.
Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of Grand Prize is three thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($3,850). Winner must be able to travel July 12, 2012 through July 15, 2012 (or on such other dates designated by Sponsors). The Trip awarded to the Winner must be taken within dates provided by the Sponsors or the Prize will be forfeited. ponsors have the right in their sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Winner's place of residence.
Two (2) Second Place Prizes: One (1) Second Place Prize will be awarded to each Second Place Winner. Each Second Place Prize will consist of: an iPad® loaded with the full first season of NBC's GRIMM. ERV of Second Place Prizes is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
ERV of all Prizes is four thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($4,850).
