Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to attend The Bamboozle Festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey May 18-20, 2012. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Asbury Park, NJ; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two 3-day passes to the Festival (seats determined by Prize Provider); access to VIP areas/Backstage Lounge; roundtrip shuttle transportation between the hotel and Festival; and the chance to introduce a performance on the main stage during the Festival (ARV $3,000)

Travel will take place May 18-21, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Festival and/or Introduction is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Festival and/or Introduction on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner


Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks, American Top 40, or On Air With Ryan Seacrest within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
