Five (5) prize winners

Grand Prize: Each Prize Winner will receive the following grand prize (the "Grand Prize"):
• Two (2) movie passes to see "Think Like a Man" from an online movie ticket vendor of Sponsor's choosing (vendor subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor) Approximate retail value ("ARV") $30.00.
• One (1) $320.00 gift certificate to a spa of Sponsor's choosing near the Prize Winner's residence to be used by Prize Winner and his/her Guest collectively (ARV: $320.00).
• A "Think Like a Man" swag bag for Prize Winner which will include: one (1) copy of the soundtrack, one (1) T-shirt, and one (1) movie poster (ARV: $60.00).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $410.00 and the total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $2,050.00
