1. HOW TO ENTER:

All entries must be received between 12:00 a.m. CST on July 5, 2012 and 11:59 p.m. CST on August 18, 2012. To enter, visit the Sweepstakes web site located at: www.canesrocks.com (the "Site") and complete the On-line Entry Form by entering your 17-digit promotional code, first and last name, postal mailing address, email address and telephone number.

The 17-digit promotional code will be located at the bottom of receipts given to customers at participating locations of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers between July 5, 2012 and August 14, 2012. Individuals may obtain a 17-digit promotional code without purchase by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") to the following address: 2012 Summer Concert Promotion; 5800 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 200; Plano, TX 75024. Sponsor will return a 17-digit promotional code using the SASE. The promotional code may then be entered online as described above. To allow sufficient time to process requests via postal mail for promotional codes, all SASEs must be received at the above address by August 12, 2012. Individuals may submit only one SASE in a single envelope.

All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. CST on August 18, 2012. All entrants should include the email address [email protected] in their email account address book to help prevent winning email notifications, described in Section 5 below, from being categorized as Spam.

PRIZE DETAILS:

Three Grand Prizes will be awarded, each Grand Prize consisting of:

Two tickets to a Willie Nelson concert in either Dallas, TX, on August 21, 2012, or New Orleans, LA, on August 22, 2012; Air travel, coach class, for two persons to either New Orleans, LA, or Dallas, TX; Hotel stay for two persons in either New Orleans, LA, or Dallas, TX; The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is estimated at $3000; actual retail value of each Grand Prize is subject to unpredictable variations in prize costs, including air fare and hotel costs.

Other prizes include:

-$10 iTunes Gift Card: (350) iTunes Gift Cards will be awarded; ARV of each is $10.

-"The Essential Willie Nelson" CD Set: (85) CD Sets will be awarded; ARV of each set is $13.

-Two Willie Nelson Concert Tickets for the concert in either Dallas, TX, on August 21, 2012, or New Orleans, LA on August 22, 2012: a total of 50 sets of two tickets will be awarded, with the tickets allocated as follows: 23 sets of two tickets to the Dallas concert (ARV of each set is $61); and 27 sets of two tickets to the New Orleans concert (ARV of each is $77).
