Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 04/01/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 05/31/12.
Open to legal US residents of AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, VT, and WA who are 21 years of age or older.

Limit of one entry per person or per email address.
PRIZES: On or around 06/04/12, one winner will be selected, subject to confirmation of eligibility, from among all eligible entries received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail and will be awarded the following prize package consisting of:
(i) one (1) outdoor propane grill,
(ii) one (1) Imperial branded outdoor patio umbrella,
(iii) one (1) Imperial branded cooler,
(iv) one (1) Imperial branded tin sign,
(v) one (1) 10-pack of Imperial branded bottle openers,
(vi) one (1) 10-pack of Imperial branded bottle jerseys,
(vii) two (2) 50-count sleeves of Imperial branded plastic cups,
(viii) two (2) Imperial branded buckets, and
(ix) one (1) $250 gift card from a grocery retailer to be selected by the Winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $1,600.00.
