Pampers Team USA Sweepstakes ~ 8/12/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on April 16, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 12, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET and consists of seventeen (17) weekly entry periods and a grand prize entry period.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry.

Limit: Each participant may enter one time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner for each Weekly Entry Period from all eligible entries received during that Weekly Entry Period, on or around the day following the conclusion of the applicable Weekly Entry Period and for the Grand Prize Drawing on or around May 21, 2012. Non-winning Weekly Entry Period entries will not carry-over into the drawings for subsequent Weekly Entry Periods. Non-winning entries from each Weekly Entry Period do not carry over into the Grand Prize Entry Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to the 2012 Olympics. Trip package includes:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near
winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to London, England;
- four (4) nights' accommodations at the Park Plaza Riverfront (one (1) bedroom suite);
- ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, from hotel to events, and to and from GFH for Pampers Play event;
- four (4) tickets to Athletics on August 10, 2012;
- four (4) tickets to Beach Volleyball Women's bronze medal match, gold medal match, and victory ceremony on August 8, 2012; attendance at Pampers Playground Event; and
- $1,250 spending money to be used for meals.

Winner must travel on August 7, 2012 and return on August 11, 2012 or trip will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to change the dates of the trip in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the tickets for the individual events that the winner will attend in its sole discretion. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Terms and conditions of tickets apply. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. SEVENTEEN (17) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per each Weekly Entry Period): A month's supply of diapers and wipes awarded in the form of five (5) free diaper coupons (up to $13.99 each); five (5) free wipes coupons (up to $3.99 each); and an autographed volleyball by Kerri Walsh (ARV: $37). ARV: $126.90.
