Promotion begins on April 16, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 28, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Colorado) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.Void in Colorado and where prohibited.

During the Promotion Period, once you have completed the registration form, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period. Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) entry per day (six (6) entries for each Weekly Entry Period). Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Sweepstakes consists of six (6) weekly entry periods as set forth in the chart below:

Winner Determination: Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries on or around the dates set forth in the chart above and will notify each potential winner by email at that time. Contest: During the Promotion Period, follow the directions to submit/upload one (1) photo of you or your family. The photo must include three (3) P&G products that you love or alternatively you may affix three (3) P&G brand/product logos you love the most from the Pick Your 3 Favorites P&G Brands page. The photo must be accompanied by a description of why you love these products the most not to exceed 250 characters. The description should not contain full names of any persons pictured. The description and photo will hereafter be referred to as your submission). The products must be from those specified below:
Align Probiotic, Metamucil, Pepto-Bismol, Prilosec OTC, Vicks, Clearblue, Always, Tampax, Crest Whitestrips, Oral-B Manual, Oral-B Power, Oral Care Paste, Oral Care Fixo/Floss, Oral Rinse Crest/Scope, Fixodent, CoverGirl, Olay PCC, Ivory, Olay, Old Spice PCC, Gillette APDO, Secret, Venus, Aussie, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences, Pantene, Hair Color, Fekkai, Bounty, Charmin, Puffs, Braun, Cascade, Dawn, Febreze, Swiffer, Mr. Clean, Cheer, Gain, Dreft, Tide, Bounce, Downy, Duracell, Iams, Luvs, Pampers, Nioxin. If you use the logos from Metamucil, Align, Pepto-Bismol, Prilosec OTC, or Vicks products, then each person in the Submission must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Winner Determination: Contest: After the conclusion of the Promotion Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the entrant with the highest scoring submission, from among all eligible Submissions, based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
Creativity/Originality (40%);
Quality of Submission (submissions that represent quality images and descriptions) (30%); and
Demonstrate why entrant loves chosen products or brand (30%)
In the event of a tie, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine each Contest Grand Prize winner based on the Submission that received the highest score in Demonstrates why the entrant loves chosen products or brands.
Contest Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: home theater package. Prize package includes: $1000 Visa® Gift Card, Panasonic Viera 65-inch 3D Plasma HDTV, Integrated Wi-Fi 3D Blu-ray DVD Player, 3D Blu-ray Cinema Surround Home Entertainment System. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.

By uploading your submission, you agree that your Submission photo conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may not post your Submission, remove your Submission and/or disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Photo and Submission Guidelines:
The Submission must be in .jpg format;
The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size;
The Submission must include a caption and description not to exceed 250 words and include three products or product/brand logos from the list of P&G Products listed in Section 5(a);
The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means or contain text not created by the entrant.
Content Restrictions:
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Sponsor's products, Administrator, or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this contest;
The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks, except for Sponsor's trademark for which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purposes of creating and uploading a Submission into this Contest;
The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the photo is created.
For all Submissions: Entrant must have permission from all individuals mentioned/shown in the Submission (if any) to use their name, likeness, image in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested, entrant must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor. Uploading a Submission constitutes entrant's consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Submission. Released Parties (as defined in Section 9, below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Submissions, all of which will be void.
