open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
commences at 12:00:01 PM Central Time ("CT") on May 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on May 23, 2012

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Nashville, TN (the "Event") June 5, 2012 through June 11, 2012. Event dates are non-negotiable. Event dates subject to change in Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner, together with Guest, cannot travel on dates specified by Sweepstakes Entities, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. The trip shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation on Delta airlines for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to Nashville, TN, at Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event; (ii) seven (7) day, six (6) night hotel accommodations at the Nashville Airport Marriott (at Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) VIP Meet-and-Greet and autograph signing opportunity at the "Live from the Museum Store" signing event with: the Oak Ridge Boys, Kellie Pickler, Josh Thompson, Lee Greenwood, Casey James, Love and Theft, and Tracy Lawrence (collectively, the "Artists"); (iv) two (2) tickets to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum; (v) two (2) tickets to Historic RCA Studio B; (vi) lunch for two (2) at Two Twenty Two Grill & Catering (located inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum); (vii) two (2) tickets for all nights of the CMA Music Festival; (viii) two (2) tickets to tour the historic Ryman Auditorium ; (ix) two (2) tickets to attend the Grand Ole Opry on June 5, 2012; and (x) one (1) Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum prize pack. Grand Prize will be June 5, 2012 through June 11, 2012,
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,872.00.
