Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01pm Eastern Time ("ET") on April 17, 2012 and ends at 2:59:59am Eastern Time ("ET") on April 19, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES; A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) people to Boston, Massachusetts. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for four (4) people from the major airport nearest the winner's home (as determined by the Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Boston, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in two (2) hotel rooms (up to double occupancy in each room), a guided tour for four (4) people to some of Boston's most famous landmarks including the Paul Revere House, the Old North Church, and the Paul Revere Statue (the "Tour"), and airport transfers (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.00).
SIX (6) FIRST PRIZES; One (1) exclusive Rush Revere Treasure Chest consisting of several "Patriot Gifts" including four (4) assorted flavor cases of Two If By Tea, and a Premium Patriotic Two (2) Pack Mug Set, a personally autographed Rush Limbaugh eight (8) inch by ten (10) inch photograph*, and one (1) 32GB Apple iPod Touch (ARV: $466.00).
The total ARV of all prizes is $12,796.00.
Travel for the Grand Prize winners will take place over a set of specific dates to be scheduled by the Sponsor between June 15, 2012 and August 1, 2012 or it will be forfeited, and travel is based on schedule and availability. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Each Grand Prize winner must be available to travel on the designated travel date. If a Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel on the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, souvenirs, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize winner. Any accessories, downloads, applications, software upgrades, extended warranties, and any and all expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each First Prize winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Tour is postponed or canceled, the Sponsor shall have no further responsibility for that portion of the prize and the prize will be awarded without the Tour on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prizes, including destination and travel dates, for an alternate prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
