Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 22, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 23, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry.
Entry - www.entenmanns.
Limit: Each entrant may enter only one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
One hundred (100) Grand Prizes: Entenmann's Donuts for a year, awarded as fifty two (52) coupons, each redeemable for any Entenmann's Donuts, up to $6.00 in value. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize package is $312.
Five hundred (500) First Prizes: An Entenmann's Donut Man Plush Toy. ARV of each First Prize is $6.
Two hundred fifty (250) Second Prizes: An Entenmann's 10 oz. Mug. ARV of each Second Prize is $5.
Two hundred fifty (250) Third Prizes: An Entenmann's Sports Bag. ARV of each Third Prize is $5.
