Timing: begins on April 16, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends May 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
Limit: Entrants will receive one entry by submitting an online submission form. Entrants will also receive an additional entry to the Sweepstakes for every additional entrant he/she refers, with a limit of up to 20 additional entries.
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions not otherwise mentioned herein). Entrants must be 18 years of age or older

Prizes: Grand Prize: Two (2) winners will be awarded a prize with an approximate retail value of $4900. The prize will consist of one (1) Private Screening of the "Snow White and the Huntsman" movie for up to fifty (50) people on a date, time and location determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor ("Screening") and Benefit goodie bags containing a BADgal lash mascara, benetint and deluxe sample of POREfessional for each Screening guest. All transportation to and from the Screening, concession items and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners and his or her Screening guests. Grand Prize Winner must be able to attend the Screening on date and time and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited
