Fringe Sweepstakes Presented by Sprint ~ 5/18/12

Sweepstakes begins on April 20, 2012 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 18, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and not a minor in his/her state of residence.

How to Enter - there are two methods of entry:

i. Text Message via Sprint Mobile Device: text from Sprint wireless mobile device, "FRINGE" to short code "7777".

ii.Free Method of Entry: www.sprint.com/fringesweepstakes

Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day into each Weekly Sweepstakes Period and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Entries will not carry over from one Weekly Sweepstakes Period to the next Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

Weekly Sweepstakes Period 1:
First Prize (1): A Samsung Galaxy Nexus mobile device. The ARV of the device is $649.99. Note: this prize does not include a wireless plan, only the device itself.
Second Prize (10): A signed Fringe Script. The ARV each signed Fringe Script is $250.00. The total ARV of all second prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 1 is $2,500.00.
Total ARV of Prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 1 is $3,149.99.

Weekly Sweepstakes Period 2:
First Prize (1): A Samsung Galaxy Nexus mobile device. The ARV of the device is $649.99. Note: the prize does not include a wireless plan, only the device itself.
Second Prize (10): A set of Fringe Season 1 and 2 DVDs. The ARV each set of Fringe Season 1 and 2 DVDs is $95.90. The total ARV of all second prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 2 is $959.00.
Total ARV of Prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 2 is $1,608.99.

Weekly Sweepstakes Period 3:
First Prize (1): A Samsung Galaxy Nexus mobile device. The ARV of the device is $649.99. Note: the prize does not include a wireless plan, only the device itself.
Second Prize (10): A signed Fringe poster. The ARV of each signed Fringe Poster is $250.00. The total ARV of all second prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 3 is $2,500.00.
Total ARV of Prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 3 is $3,149.99.

Weekly Sweepstakes Period 4:
First Prize (1): A Samsung Galaxy Nexus mobile device. The ARV of the device is $649.99. Note: the prize does not include a wireless plan, only the device itself.
Second Prize (10): A Fringe T-shirt and a Be@arbrick™. The ARV of each Fringe T-shirt is $27.00 and the ARV of each Be@arbrick is $2.95. The total ARV of all second prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 4 is $299.50.
Total ARV of Prizes in Weekly Sweepstakes Period 4 is $949.49.

Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest – for five (5) days/four (4) nights to Comic-Con® 2012 in San Diego, California. The Trip includes:
- four (4) nights hotel accommodations (1 room/double occupancy) in a hotel selected by Sponsor;
- roundtrip couch class airfare from a gateway airport (selected by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) near the Grand Prize Winner's home to San Diego, California;
- two (2) general admission passes to Comic-Con 2012; and
- $800.00 for ground transportation, meals and/or other travel related expenses.

The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,600.00. If a Grand Prize Winner resides within 100 miles of San Diego, California, Sponsor may provide ground transportation in lieu of round-trip airfare. Each Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and not a minor in his/her state of residence. The Guest must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release. Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth herein. All Prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor's authorized designee. All travel must be booked at least fourteen (14) days prior to departure. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date and return date. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo identification). If the Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in the Trip without a Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not pay for or obtain any travel insurance. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with a Grand Prize may not be eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items (including but not limited to admission passes to the Event) once such items are in the Grand Prize Winner's possession or in the possession of the Guest. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor's air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. If Comic-Con® 2012 is postponed or cancelled for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, still provide Grand Prize Winner with the Trip without the two (2) general admission passes to Comic-Con 2012, or the cash equivalent of the Grand Prize.
