Prize: (1 winner) Round trip airfare for two people to Cabo San Lucas Baja, Mexico; hotel accommodation for 3-nights for two people and $500 in either cashier check, pre-paid credit card or traveler's checks in Sponsor's sole discretion. (ARV $3,500). GPW will be defined as "Winner" and the Grand Prize will be defined as the "Prize". No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers for the Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or Prize component) with one of comparable or greater value. The Prize is non-refundable for cash and non-changeable once issued. In the event that a Prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize(s) will not be replaced if lost by Winner. Any depictions of Prize (or Prize elements) are for illustrative purposes only. Winner is responsible for any and all expenses and taxes not included in the Prize package, including, but not limited to, Federal, state and local taxes, meals, drinks, gratuities, souvenirs, excursions, phone calls, incidentals, tips, and for any additional applicable travel fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, and other personal expenses. All arrangements are subject to availability and space capacity is controlled. The Prize is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. The GPW and guest will be required to have, and are solely responsible for obtaining, a valid U.S. Passport and other necessary and required travel documents (visas, ID's, etc.). All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. GPW and guest must travel together on same itinerary. Guest may be a minor only if Winner is the guest's parent or legal guardian. Winner cannot assign or transfer Winner's Prize to another person. GPW and guest must travel, departing at some date during the next twelve (12) consecutive month period, but the exact dates to be confirmed and finalized by Sponsor. Sponsor will notify GPW approximately sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the trip. If GPW is not available on such dates, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Should GPW choose to take trip with no guest, then the remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
